Performance Rehab provides outpatient physical therapy and occupational therapy services at the Oelwein clinic and provides both physical and occupational therapy outpatient & inpatient services at Community Memorial Hospital in Sumner. The Jesup clinic provides outpatient physical therapy services. We also provide rehabilitation and consultative services for business industry and home health clients throughout northeast Iowa.
