Justin Trainor

Justin is a Physical Therapist and co-founder of Performance Rehab, LLC. Justin received his Biology degree from the University of Northern Iowa, and his Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University. His transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy degree was completed from the University of Montana.

In November 2006, he partnered with Todd Bradley to open Performance Rehab at Community Memorial Hospital in Sumner, Iowa. In 2008, a second out-patient clinic was opened in Oelwein, and in 2019 a third location was opened in Jesup.

Justin provides hands on care for his patients with interests in manual therapy, spinal rehabilitation, sports medicine, injury prevention, balance and gait, work injury, ergonomic consulation and functional job analysis. He is also trained and certified in ASTYM, Lymphedema therapy, Level 1 & 2 Functional Dry Needling, Pre Work Screens, and Functional Job Analysis.
