Autumnn Smith

Autumnn is an Occupational Therapist Assistant. She worked for 12 years as a CNA and Restorative Aid before joining the Performance Rehab team in April 2015. Autumnn graduated from Hawkeye Community College in 2014 and is trained and certified in both ASTYM and Lymphedema. She enjoys working with a variety of patients, however enjoys working with adults and geriatric populations to increase independence with activities of daily living, and modifying their environments to help them remain at home as long as they can.
