Levi Mulholland

Levi is an Occupational Therapist Assistant, and joined the Performance Rehab team in 2025. She attended Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids for the Occupational Therapy Assistant program and received her AAS degree. Levi enjoys working with individuals of all ages and diagnoses to assist them in reaching their personal goals, prior level of function and getting them back to the things that they enjoy.
