Allysan Suckow

Allysan is an Occupational Therapist. She joined the Performance Rehab team in 2019. She became interested in occupational therapy after working as a CNA to assist individuals in completing daily tasks, and after having her own shoulder injury in high school resulting in needing to relearn completing daily tasks one-handed. Allysan enjoys working with a variety of patients; however, she has a particular interest in working with adults and geriatric populations. Her favorite therapy interventions vary from manual work to implementing techniques for cognitively impaired patients with the same goals of being as safe and independent as possible in their homes.

Allysan is ASTYM certified, as well as training and education in women's health from the world renowned Herman & Wallace Institute. This training provides an evidence-based approach to treat urinary incontinence and pelvic pain.
